Study Abroad Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor located in Ahmedabad. The Counsellor will assist students in selecting the right academic programs and institutions, providing personalized guidance and career counseling. Key responsibilities include managing university applications, ensuring proper documentation, meeting deadlines, and supporting students in the visa application process. The role also involves conducting pre-departure orientations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and requirements.

• Proficiency in guidance and counseling with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in documentation management, deadline planning, and administrative coordination
• Understanding of international education systems, visa processes, and university application procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to handle client queries with empathy and professionalism
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field preferred
