We are looking for a passionate and experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students in pursuing higher education opportunities overseas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling applications and counselling for countries such as Australia, Dubai (UAE), and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end counselling to students for studying abroad (Australia, UAE/Dubai, UK).
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Assist with application processes, documentation, and submission.
- Guide students on visa procedures, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure high conversion rates.
- Stay updated with international education trends, university updates, and visa policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor.
- Strong knowledge of education systems in Australia, UAE (Dubai), and the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
