Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Bangalore. The Study Abroad Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic and career advice to students, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them select appropriate universities and courses. Additional responsibilities include counseling students and their families, managing application documentation, and staying updated on the latest regulations, admission requirements, and opportunities in higher education. The role will involve building relationships with students and university partners to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively engage with students and families.
• Proficiency in documentation management, organizational skills, and attention to detail for processing applications.
• Knowledge of Study abroad admissions, visa processes, and familiarity with higher education trends.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in education consulting, counseling, or relevant client-facing roles is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent educational qualifications.
