Duties of the role-holder will be:
- Should be able to Counsel Students and Increase sales for Canada/UK/USA/AUS.
- Describe different visa application processes, benefits and special offers to clients.
- Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert into a sale.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Regular follow up on enquiries received.
- Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of clients.
- Maximum achievement of goals and service levels.
- Effective pipeline management.
- Able to achieve a monthly target.
- Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.
- Counselling the students as per their eligibility and requirement
- Calling on various leads database to generate and convert
- Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-ins
- Handling client interactions
- The role-holder will represent Student Connect to prospective students, parents and organisations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students.
- You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying abroad specially from Indian national.
- You will use the superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.
