Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Advisor role based in Kochi. The Study Abroad Advisor will work closely with students to provide one-on-one counselling on education abroad opportunities, assist with university and course selection, and guide them through application and admission procedures. The advisor will need to maintain an understanding of global education trends, clarify visa requirements, and provide guidance about scholarship opportunities, accommodation, and pre-departure arrangements. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions while ensuring a smooth and transparent experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and experience with guiding students or individuals in academic and career planning.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals.
• Experience or knowledge of visa processes and international study requirements.
• Skillful in consulting, providing structured advice, and ensuring that clients make informed decisions.
• Ability to stay informed about global higher education trends and policies.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of a diverse client base.
