Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Study Abroad Advisor will guide students through the study abroad process, including program selection, application procedures, visa requirements, and pre-departure preparations. Responsibilities include providing educational consulting, offering personalized advice, addressing student and parent inquiries, coordinating with partner institutions, and conducting informational sessions to promote study abroad opportunities. The advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting students to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Visas, with expertise in guiding students through academic and travel-related procedures
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and partner institutions
• Experience in Consulting, particularly in an international education or study abroad setting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with cross-cultural communication and familiarity with different education systems is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for student management and virtual counseling
