Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Admissions Counselor located in Navi Mumbai. The counselor will assist prospective students with their study abroad applications, provide guidance on selecting suitable academic programs and institutions, and support students throughout the application and admission process. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, and facilitating communication with international universities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for effectively interacting with students, parents, and institutions.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and encourage enrollment in study programs.
• Knowledge of Education systems and processes related to study abroad opportunities and admissions.
• Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• An approachable personality with problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in educational counseling or similar roles is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, with a strong understanding of the admissions process for international studies.
