About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Car Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our studio in Dehradun and Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, operational capabilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily car studio operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable car detailing services.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and drive sales conversions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to studio revenue growth.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Manage bookings, customer records, billing coordination, and daily operational reports.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
Monitor studio performance and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Maintain studio presentation, service standards, and operational discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, retail, or showroom management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets.
Good team coordination and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-first approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience in automotive, car detailing, automobile showrooms, or service centres will be an added advantage.
