Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Studio Head Design located in Mumbai. The Studio Head Design will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. The day-to-day tasks will include project management, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design concepts and solutions.

Qualifications:

• A strong background in design and architecture, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Crafting workplace strategies and conducting data analysis, integrating augmented design within a broader strategic vision.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop
• An eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong working on commercial/B2B projects
• A deep understanding of design principles and trends
• A degree in design, architecture, or a related field
