Studio Head (Architecture)

We are seeking a Studio Head (Architecture) for an award wining Design firm, with an Architecture, Interior, and Master Planning Practice encompassing a range of specialized practice areas; Residential, Commercial, Urban Design, Institutional, Hospitality, Cultural and Mixed-Use Developments. The practice has a 100+ team & operates in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and are known for projects that inspire and impact and benefit the Planet.

Role overview:

As Studio Head, you will own the design direction of complex, large-scale projects from

concept through to handover while building and leading a team that delivers. This role is for the leader who is ready to shape the narrative, lead a team and build a legacy that inspires.

Your scope

Lead & Mentor: Drive your team through all project stages. Build your team, your legacy, and your name in a studio that gives you room to lead the practice.

Design Ownership: Set design direction, make real decisions, ensure every project outcome reflects design excellence.

Delivery at Scale: Manage design development and project delivery across diverse typologies and

complex programs.

Technical Authority: Anticipate and resolve complex technical challenges. Oversee detailed design and validation.

Studio Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and internal teams as the central hub.

Client Partnership: Build lasting client relationships. Lead meetings, review progress, translate vision into built reality.

Requirements to succeed in the role

B.Arch or M.Arch with 18+ years of progressive architecture experience

Proven ability to lead teams, clients & project delivery

Portfolio in large scale projects; real estate, corporate campuses, mixed-use & hospitality.
