Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Studio Executive to manage the Legrand Experience Studio. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, explaining premium electrical and home automation products, and driving sales through excellent product knowledge and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the Legrand Studio
- Demonstrate Legrand products such as switches, home automation, lighting solutions, etc.
- Provide product consultation based on customer needs and preferences
- Handle inquiries from architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
- Generate leads and follow up for conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and backend team for order processing
- Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel records
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical products (preferred)
- Sales and customer handling experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Ability to explain technical products in simple language
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field (Technical background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales / electrical / home automation
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Legrand / Havells similar brands
- Presentable and confident personality
