Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can own the entire client journey — from handling leads and walk-ins to coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth order execution.

This is not a typical sales or operations role. This role requires ownership, follow-up discipline, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling

  • Manage walk-in clients and understand requirements
  • Guide clients through product selection and offerings
  • Handle queries, concerns, and expectations professionally

Lead Conversion

  • Handle qualified leads (calls, Instagram, etc.)
  • Follow up with interested clients
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders

Order Tracking & Updates

  • Maintain a live order tracker (Google Sheets)
  • Track status of all ongoing orders
  • Proactively update clients on timelines and delays

Coordination

  • Work closely with design team (approvals, updates)
  • Coordinate with production team (timelines, delivery)
  • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Follow-ups (Critical Responsibility)

  • Client follow-ups
  • Internal team follow-ups
  • Lead follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi + strong English)
  • Clear pronunciation, polished tone, and confident speaking style
  • Professional, refined, and well-articulated verbal communication
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive mindset (does not wait for instructions)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and professionally
  • Experience in retail / studio / client-facing roles preferred

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a design role
  • Not a backend operations-only role
  • Not a cold-calling sales role

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi + strong English), with clear pronunciation, polished tone, and confident speaking style
  • Strong client handling and customer service ability — able to manage conversations, expectations, and concerns effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple conversations (clients, leads, internal teams)
  • Good understanding of sales coordination — converting interested leads through structured communication and follow-ups
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking orders, managing updates, and maintaining structured workflows
  • Ability to coordinate across teams (design, production) and ensure smooth execution of client orders
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or basic CRM systems for tracking and communication
  • Experience in retail, studio, interiors, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Interest in design, furniture, or children's spaces is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
