About the Role

We are looking for a Studio Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations, photography/videography activities, and production requirements. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with studio equipment, camera setup, production arrangements, and ensuring smooth execution of shoots and studio activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of the studio.
  • Support photographers, videographers, and production teams during shoots.
  • Assist with camera, lighting, audio, and other studio equipment setup and handling.
  • Ensure all studio equipment is properly arranged, maintained, and ready for use.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment before and after shoots.
  • Support production activities including props, backdrops, lighting arrangements, and other requirements.
  • Maintain proper inventory and ensure the safe storage of studio equipment and accessories.
  • Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure smooth shoot execution.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment-related issues and coordinate for repairs when required.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and production-ready.
  • Assist with outdoor shoots, events, and other production activities when required.
  • Follow safety procedures while handling cameras, lighting equipment, electrical equipment, and other studio assets.
Essential Qualifications
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of studio equipment, cameras, lighting, and production support.
  • Good understanding of basic studio setup and shoot requirements.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in studio operations and production assistance.
  • Experience supporting photography, videography, media production, or creative production activities will be preferred.
Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio equipment.
  • Understanding of lighting and basic production setup.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle and maintain production equipment responsibly.
  • Ability to work effectively with photographers, videographers, and creative teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on shoot and production schedules.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Profile
  • Candidates with experience in photography studios, media production houses, advertising agencies, television/film production, digital content studios, or event production will be preferred.
