Role Description The Student Volunteer (Delhi) role is a hybrid volunteer position based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-person activities and tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting local events and campaigns, coordinating with other volunteers, assisting in outreach efforts on campus and online, and helping with basic documentation and reporting. Volunteers may participate in awareness drives, workshops, and community engagement activities, while also contributing to online promotion and communication through social media or messaging platforms. This role is ideal for students who want to develop leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills while contributing to youth-focused initiatives and social causes.

Qualifications
  • Interest in youth engagement, community service, and social impact initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact respectfully with diverse groups.
  • Basic organizational and time management skills to handle events, meetings, and tasks.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and social media platforms for outreach and coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and take initiative in assigned activities.
  • Currently a student or recent graduate, preferably based in or able to commute to New Delhi.
  • Willingness to commit a reasonable number of hours per week as agreed with the organization.
