Student Visa Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Anand for a Student Visa Counsellor. In this role, you will provide personalized guidance to individuals pursuing educational opportunities abroad. Responsibilities include consulting and advising students on career and educational pathways, assisting with visa applications, maintaining communication with clients, answering inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client success is an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed decisions.
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated Customer Service expertise to provide a supportive and positive client experience.
• Understanding of the education sector and familiarity with overseas study programs and visa procedures.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
