Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online/offline classes and training sessions.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Support students in improving subject knowledge and practical skills.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and interactive workshops.
- Collaborate with curriculum and content teams.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Track student performance metrics and reports through the LMS platform.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and coaching students.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant field.
- B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory).
