Role Description This full-time, on-site Student Support Representative role is based in Hyderabad and is open to freshers. The role involves guiding students through the admission process, explaining program options, and supporting them with documentation and application requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating counseling sessions, sharing information on visa and test preparation services, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The representative will respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in person, provide timely follow-up, and escalate complex queries to senior team members when needed. The role also includes collaborating with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for each student.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and families.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and data entry tools.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide clear information.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student cases and follow-ups.
• Ability to work collaboratively with counseling and admissions teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable speaking in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Graduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
