Role Overview
We are looking for a Student Success Manager who can effectively manage student progress, parent communication, and overall learning experience.
The role involves working closely with students, parents, tutors, and internal teams to ensure students stay engaged, improve their performance, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor student progress and learning performance
- Conduct regular parent/student review meetings
- Coordinate with tutors and internal teams for student improvement
- Manage student concerns, follow-ups, and escalations
- Ensure students stay motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey
- Handle communication with students and parents professionally
- Support and guide internal coordinators/managers as needed
- Maintain student records and progress updates
Skills Required
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple students and stakeholders simultaneously
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
