I. Core Purpose of the Role
As the Operations Intern, your primary objective is to manage the Engine of Green build Academy. You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our members; from the moment they show interest (Lead) to the moment they achieve career breakthroughs (Success). You will bridge the gap between our high-level mission and daily execution.
II. Key Responsibilities & KPIs
A. Student Onboarding & Success (The Experience)
● Seamless Integration: Execute the First 24-Hour onboarding protocol foR new members, ensuring they have immediate access to the LMS (Learning Management System), community portals, and orientation materials.
● Success Tracking: Monitor student progress through the Green Pathfinder levels. Identify stuck students and proactively engage them to ensure course completion.
● Community Moderation: Foster a vibrant learning environment by managing our private community groups, ensuring queries are answered within 4 working hours.
B. Curriculum & Course Operations (The Product)
● Milestone Tracking: Maintain the Course Creation Dashboard. Coordinate with the Founder to track recording schedules, editing phases, and final uploads of new Green Building modules (LEED, IGBC, etc.).
● Resource Management: Ensure all downloadable templates, checklists, and supplementary materials are updated and error-free.
C. Lead & Conversion Analytics (The Growth)
● CRM Management: Own the Lead-to-Conversion pipeline. Track every lead coming from webinars, social media, and ads.
● Data Reporting: Provide a weekly Growth Pulse report including:
· Cost Per Lead (CPL) vs. Conversion Rate.
· Show-up rates for webinars/live sessions.
· Member Churn vs. Retention rates.
● Sales Support: Follow up with high-intent leads and manage the payment gateway reconciliation to ensure no student experiences technical barriers to entry.
III. Required Competencies
● Tech Savvy: Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Tag Mango, Teachable,or Kajabi), CRM tools, and automation (Zapier/Pabbly).
● Data Driven: Ability to turn a spreadsheet of numbers into a story of What is working and what isn't.
● Empathy & Communication: A Student-First mindset with the ability to communicate with senior Architects and Engineers with professional poise.
● Project Management: Obsessive attention to deadlines and The Spirit of Detail.
IV. What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
● Onboarding Automation: A 100% automated, Zero-Friction onboarding process.
● Completion Rates: Increasing course completion rates by 30% through active student success interventions.
● Data Clarity: A real-time dashboard that shows exactly where every Rupee of marketing spend is converting into a mission-aligned student.
