The position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students exploring higher education opportunities overseas. It requires a professional, informed, and serviceoriented approach to guide applicants through academic choices, procedural requirements, and regulatory steps.
Student Advisory and Counselling
Deliver comprehensive counselling services for highereducation pathways, covering program selection, application preparation, and visarelated guidance.
Conduct structured interactions with students to understand their academic background, professional interests, and longterm career objectives.
Recommend appropriate courses, universities, and progression routes that align with each student's profile, competencies, and aspirations.
Evaluate student eligibility by reviewing academic records, languageproficiency levels, financial preparedness, and compliance with institutional requirements.
Admissions Support and Compliance
Provide accurate advice on university policies, admission criteria, documentation standards, and application timelines.
Guide students in preparing complete, compliant, and highquality applications to enhance acceptance rates and ensure smooth processing.
Lead Management and Operational Excellence
Manage and nurture student leads through CRM platforms and leadmanagement tools, ensuring timely followups and structured engagement.
Maintain, monitor, and update application pipelines to maximise conversions and support organisational targets.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction by delivering timely, empathetic, and solutionoriented support throughout the counselling journey.
Collaboration and Internal Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of processes and alignment with organisational objectives.
Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Manager in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with MS Excel is required to ensure efficiency during outreach activities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be available for full-time employment.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Candidates must reside in NCR & able to commute to Gurgaon.
Minimum of 2 years experience in overseas Education industry
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM-10 AM to 6:00 PM-6.30 PM
