Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, preferred destination, course, budget, and career goals.
• Guide students through the admissions journey, including eligibility, university shortlisting, documentation, SOP/LOR, offer letters, education loans, and visa basics.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions customers through consultative counselling and sales.
• Pitch paid admissions/service packages, handle objections, and drive student enrolments.
• Match students with suitable consultant partners and ensure a smooth handover and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, counselling notes, follow-up schedules, and conversion updates.
• Achieve targets related to counselling, applications, payments, and student conversions.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling, overseas admissions, education sales, or student counselling.
• Knowledge of major study destinations such as the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, and Europe.
• Strong communication, counselling, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and calling platforms.
• Ability to build trust with students and manage end-to-end follow-ups.
