Job Description

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolments per month/Intake.
• Analyze the conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment and implement strategies to optimize and increase overall conversion rates.
• Streamline and optimize the application process, ensuring efficient handling of applications and timely communication with prospective students.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, school visits, and fairs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics
• Collect feedback from enrolled students, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International student recruitment and admissions.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work with the team in a fast-paced environment.
