About the role

Are you passionate about international education and helping students achieve their global career aspirations We are looking for a dynamic Student Recruitment Manager - South India - Australia Destination to drive student enrolment growth for our Australia portfolio of programs across the South India region.

The Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for achieving student recruitment targets for Australia-focused programs within the Careers and Industry (C&I) Division. The C&I portfolio includes leading institutions such as CSU Sydney, CSU Melbourne, ACAP, and SAE, offering high-quality education pathways for students aspiring to study in Australia.

Based in South India, the position works closely with regional teams, colleges, and in-market stakeholders to implement recruitment initiatives. Key responsibilities include agent engagement, lead generation, student counselling, and conversion strategies, with frequent interaction with agents, students, parents, and institutional partners to support the growth of Australian education offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to increase enrolments in Australia-focused programs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong recruitment pipelines aligned with institutional targets.
  • Engage, train, and support education agents to improve product knowledge and drive conversion outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, counsellors, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Guide prospective students and parents on Australian study pathways, programs, and career outcomes.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and regional recruitment events.
  • Plan and deliver marketing and recruitment activities such as open days, exhibitions, and student seminars.
  • Analyse CRM data and market insights to track performance, report outcomes, and refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Degree in higher education, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management in higher education.
    • Proven experience in leading a team and developing successful recruitment strategies.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems, data analysis, and digital marketing tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, students, and external stakeholders.
    • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
    • Comfortable with public speaking, presentations, and representing the institution at events.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional travel required for recruitment events and outreach.
  • Flexible hours, with some evening and weekend work as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
