Role Overview

The Student Recruitment Executive will be responsible for driving admissions for our partner universities through both B2B (agent network) and B2C (direct student) channels. The ideal candidate is target-driven, strategically sharp, and highly effective at building relationships within the study-abroad ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets for partner universities.

Develop, expand, and manage a strong agent network to maximize B2B student inflow.

Conduct direct B2C outreach through counselling, events, seminars, and digital channels.

Guide students throughout their application lifecycle, ensuring high conversion rates and complete documentation.

Maintain CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales) to track leads, conversions, and pipeline movement.

Provide timely updates, reports, and forecasts for management review.

Collaborate with university partners for training, compliance, and updated program information.

Identify and onboard new agents using existing industry relationships and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Mandatory experience and understanding of the Study Abroad process.

CRM experience (Zoho, Freshsales, HubSpot preferred).

Strong objection-handling skills and a confident, student-centric counselling approach.

Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.

Prior experience onboarding agents and driving B2B student pipelines.

Ability to enroll maximum students through effective conversion strategies.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: Up to 3 LPA

Incentives: 5,000 per successfully closed student

Annual Bonus: 1% revenue share when achieving 50+ enrollments per year

Incentives are uncapped, enabling high performers to significantly increase earnings.
