Job Role: Student Onboarding Specialist
Experience Required: 3-8 years of experience (preferred: Teaching, onboarding, student counselling or customer engagement experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact and welcome new students, ensuring a smooth, positive start to their journey with us.
- Conduct a complete walkthrough of the learning module, highlighting key features and the steps they'll follow through their journey.
- Conduct visualisation sessions to deepen clarity, motivation, and commitment
- Understand student goals, learning preferences, and expectations to personalize the onboarding journey
- Conduct 7-day progress review and feedback sessions to ensure retention, clarity, and motivation
- Engage students through impactful conversations that build trust and emotional connection
- Maintain onboarding reports, follow-ups, and track student engagement patterns
Skills and Attributes:
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Teaching or related roles.
- Excellent command over communication and presentation
- Strong ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- High emotional intelligence to make students feel valued, supported, and motivated
- Positive attitude, patience, and a student-first approach
