Available Tracks & Responsibilities
1. Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Assist with B2B lead generation, market research, and client outreach.
- Support the sales lifecycle by organizing client meetings, drafting proposals, and managing CRM data.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with institutional partners and prospects.

Operations & Program Management
- Coordinate program workflows, event logistics, and scheduling for active projects.
- Track participant metrics and manage data reporting using Google Workspace / MS Excel.
- Streamline cross-departmental communication to maintain high operational efficiency.
3.
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Develop and execute targeted content strategies for official platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Draft professional copy, design visual assets (Canva, Photoshop), and manage editorial calendars.
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize brand reach and digital audience engagement.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program (BBA, B.Tech, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in core productivity tools (Google Suite, MS Office, basic design software for marketing tracks).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and self-management capabilities.
