DreamXec is a student opportunity ecosystem empowering young talent through real-world projects, internships, mentorship, and industry partnerships. We work with colleges and student communities to bridge the gap between academics and industry by enabling funding support for student-led projects.

Our focus is to channel corporate, CSR, and institutional funds into impactful student innovation across India.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser (02 years) who can actively engage with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, and institutions to raise funds for student projects hosted on the DreamXec platform.

This is a hands-on role involving outreach, pitching, relationship building, and follow-ups, ideal for someone who has already worked in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or NGO fundraising and now wants to scale impact in a startup environment.

• Identify and approach corporates, CSR departments, foundations, and institutional donors.
• Pitch DreamXec's mission, funding model, and student project ecosystem.
• Secure donations, sponsorships, and CSR funding for student-led projects.
  

• Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate and institutional partners.
• Understand donor priorities and align them with relevant student projects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups, updates, and engagement with donors.
  

• Prepare fundraising proposals, sponsorship decks, and impact notes.
• Support CSR documentation, MOUs, and basic compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details and budgets.
  

• Maintain a fundraising pipeline and outreach tracker.
• Track funds committed, funds received, and project allocations.
• Assist in preparing donor impact reports and summaries.

• Stay updated on CSR trends, corporate giving patterns, and funding cycles.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and partnership models.
  

• 02 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, NGO fundraising, business development, or institutional sales.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, pitching, and follow-ups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally with corporate stakeholders.
• Passion for education, innovation, or social impact.
  

• Experience working with CSR teams, foundations, or donor-funded programs.
• Understanding of CSR funding in India (Companies Act, Schedule VII preferred but not mandatory).
• Proposal writing or pitch deck experience.
• CRM or pipeline tracking experience (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools).
