As an Event Coordinator Intern, you'll be at the heart of the action ; working behind the scenes and on-ground to help bring the event to life.
From coordinating attendees and managing event experiences to ensuring smooth execution throughout the day, you'll play a key role in making sure everything runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Event Coordination
-Support planning and preparation activities leading up to the event.
-Coodinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
-Assist in managing attendee registrations and event logistics.
-Track operational requirements and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
-Help organize event materials, schedules, and coordination plans.
On-Ground Event Execution
-Manage attendee check-ins and registration desks.
-Coordinate guest arrivals, speakers, creators, and brand representatives.
-Ensure smooth flow of event activities as per schedule.
-Assist in managing event logistics and operational requirements.
-Act as a point of contact for attendee queries and support.
-Quickly identify and resolve on-ground challenges to ensure a seamless experience.
-Work closely with the event team to maintain overall event efficiency.
Post-Event Activities
-Support event wrap-up and closure activities.
-Assist with feedback collection and event documentation.
-Coordinate follow-up activities as required by the team.

-Prior experience in college fests, student clubs, event committees, conferences, community initiatives, or volunteer programs is preferred.
-MBA students, postgraduates, graduates, or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
