GCEC Global Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to create a vibrant campus experience by driving student engagement initiatives, managing institutional events, and strengthening student communication. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with students, highly organized, and capable of fostering an active and collaborative campus culture.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute student engagement activities, club initiatives, workshops, competitions, and campus events.

● Coordinate student orientations, induction programs, industrial visits, and institutional celebrations.

● Build strong relationships with students and encourage active participation in academic and co-curricular initiatives.

● Draft and circulate student communications, notices, announcements, and engagement campaigns.

● Manage student-focused social media platforms by creating engaging content, capturing event highlights, and showcasing campus life.

● Collaborate with Academic, Marketing, Admissions, Placement, and Operations teams for smooth execution of student initiatives.

● Collect student feedback and recommend initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.

● Ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in management or any related discipline.

● 1–3 years of experience in Student Affairs, Event Management, Community Engagement, Marketing, or a similar role.

● Fresh graduates with exceptional leadership and campus engagement experience may also apply.

Desired Skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong event planning and coordination abilities.

● Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

● Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

● Basic photography, videography, and content creation skills.

● Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

● Creative mindset with a student-first approach.
