BILEx is Hiring: Student Engagement & Placement Executive (Front Office and Career Services)

We are seeking a Student Engagement & Placement Executive to support students in their career development and placement activities. This is an on-site role located in Dibrugarh, Assam.

You will work closely with students to guide them in their career journey, identify placement opportunities, and build strong relationships with industry partners. The role involves organising career-related workshops, preparing students for job applications and interviews, and coordinating with employers to ensure successful placements.

You will also be responsible for maintaining student records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Student Engagement & Placement Executive to support students in their career development and placement activities. This is an on-site role located in Dibrugarh, Assam. You will work closely with students, identify placement opportunities, and establish strong relationships with industry partners. You will organise career-related workshops, educate students, and provide guidance on job applications and interviews. The role also involves collaborating with employers, ensuring successful placements, and maintaining records for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Job Placements, including the ability to network with employers and manage recruitment processes
• Manage the front office and student enquiry desk
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic office tools
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building relationships with students, colleagues, and industry partners
• Prepare reports, presentations, and student documentation
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service while addressing student and stakeholder needs
• Experience in Coaching or mentoring to guide students through career development
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in education, placement, or related fields is preferred
• Professional, presentable, and confident personality
• Fluent in Assamese, English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel occasionally for placement coordination, employer meetings, and institutional visits
