Role Overview:

We are looking for a Student Delivery & Onboarding Executive to manage the student journey after enrollment and ensure a smooth learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage student onboarding after course confirmation.

* Assign batches and provide LMS access, study material, and class details.

* Coordinate with students regarding classes, assignments, and assessments.

* Follow up on student participation, pending assignments, and academic requirements.

* Share regular course progress and completion updates.

* Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to resolve student queries.

* Maintain accurate student records and delivery reports.

* Ensure a positive and smooth student experience throughout the course.

Required Skills:

* Good communication and follow-up skills.

* Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

* Basic knowledge of LMS, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.

* Prior experience in EdTech, student support, academic operations, or customer success is preferred.
