Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised counseling and guidance to students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad.
Assess students academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including university applications, documentation, and submission requirements.
Guide students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and other application materials.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding international education opportunities, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa procedures.
Support students and parents in making informed decisions about academic and career pathways.
Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Track and follow up on prospective student leads to achieve enrollment and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admission progress.
Coordinate with universities, partner institutions, and internal teams to facilitate smooth application processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a positive counseling experience.
Stay updated on global education trends, university requirements, and immigration policies relevant to international students.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities organized by the company
