Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will assist prospective students by providing guidance on academic and career opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering career advice, assisting with application processes, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with students to help them achieve their educational aspirations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed academic and professional choices.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and address their concerns.
- Knowledge or background in Education to provide accurate and relevant information about academic programs and processes.
- Ability to build rapport with students and maintain confidentiality throughout the counseling process.
- Proficiency in managing time and multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to organizational goals. Prior experience in the education consultancy sector is an advantage.
