Student Counselor - Study Abroad

The organization offers end-to-end guidance for individuals aspiring to study in countries such as the United States, the UK, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia.

Role Description The Student Counselor – Study Abroad will provide one-on-one counseling to students, helping them identify suitable courses, institutions, and countries based on their academic background, interests, and career plans. This full-time, on-site role in Kochi involves guiding students through the entire application process, including documentation, timelines, and requirements for various international universities. The counselor will conduct information sessions, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate student records, and follow up with prospective students to ensure consistent support. Daily responsibilities also include liaising with universities and partners, explaining financial and visa procedures, and delivering high-quality customer service to students and families.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling skills, with the ability to guide learners on academic options and study abroad pathways.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support students and families professionally and empathetically throughout the process.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Education systems and admission procedures in major study destinations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in overseas education consulting or academic advising, familiarity with visa and admission processes, strong organizational and time-management skills.
