Navinora Private Limited is hiring Student Counsellors to guide students and parents through their education journey across EduNavi – Study in India and EduNora – Study Abroad.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the education consultancy industry, with structured training, mentorship, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and institutions
• Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission-related support
• Assist students with applications, SOPs, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in CRM
• Coordinate with internal admissions and relevant teams
• Provide ethical, accurate, and transparent counselling
• Follow Navinora s counselling processes, SOPs, and documentation standards

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory – any discipline
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good counselling and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in education consultancy will be an advantage

Important Conditions

• Mandatory 2-year service commitment
• 1-month probation period
• 1-month notice period or salary in lieu, as applicable
