Should have good interactive skills and Good Command on Hindi, English and Telugu.
Responsibilities
Academic Counseling: Provide academic advising, including course selection, academic planning, and troubleshooting academic difficulties.
Personal Counseling: Address personal and social issues that may impact students academic performance, such as stress, anxiety, or relationship problems.
Career Counseling: Assist students in exploring career options, developing resumes and cover letters, and preparing for job interviews.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crises that may occur on campus, such as student emergencies or incidents of violence.
Referrals: Connect students with appropriate resources, such as tutoring services, counseling centers, or health services.
Student Advocacy: Advocate for students needs and interests with faculty, staff, and administrators.
Program Development: Develop and implement student development programs and workshops.
