- Should counsel the trainees for right domains based on their academics and career aspirations.
- To counsel the students and convert the actual queries into final admission.
- Should have good interactive skills and Good Command on Hindi, English and Telugu.

Academic & Career Counseling:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with trainees to understand their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and skillsets.
- Based on their individual needs, recommend suitable academic programs or domains that align with their future goals.
- Provide comprehensive information about available programs, their curriculum, and career opportunities.
Admissions Support:
- Effectively address student queries and concerns regarding the admissions process.
- Guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted correctly and on time.
- Convert initial inquiries into successful admissions for the institute.
Communication & Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with potential students, fostering a positive and informative experience.
- Clearly explain complex academic concepts and career pathways in a way that is easy to understand.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
