Through our Modular Acceleration Programme (MAP), students can earn a globally recognized degree in just 18 monthssaving up to 65% on tuition while maintaining the same standards as traditional 4-year university programs.

We're growing fast. We're already partnering with top universities in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and across Europe. Now, we need a driven person on the ground in India to help us connect ambitious students to their global futures.

The Role: We're Looking for a Growth Engine

You won't be sitting behind a desk. You'll be the face of Lymax Learning in your region. Your job is to find high-school graduates, working professionals, and career-changers who are dreaming of an international degreeand show them how Lymax makes it real, affordable, and fast.

What You'll Do:

Student Engagement & Enrollment: Meet students at their schools, colleges, coaching centers, and community spaces. Show them the MAP program, help them understand their progression options (AI & Data Science, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism, Logistics & Supply Chain, Cyber Security), and guide them through enrollment.

Lead Information Sessions & Workshops: Partner with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to host workshops and information sessions about global education pathways. You're not just presenting slidesyou're inspiring students to dream bigger and showing them it's achievable.

Build Relationships: Attend education fairs, career expos, and community events. Represent Lymax with energy and authenticity. Turn conversations into enrollments. Build a network of institutional partners (schools, coaching centers, career counselors).

Student Success & Retention: Don't disappear after enrollment. Check in on your students. Ensure they're progressing in their modules. Help them navigate challenges. Celebrate their milestones. Your commission depends on their success, not just the sale.

Market Intelligence: Understand your local education landscape. Who are the competitors What are students asking about Feed this back to leadership so we stay ahead.

Are You the Right Fit

You're Based in India: You know the local education system, the culture, and what students actually care about.

You're Bilingual (Malayalam/English): You can seamlessly communicate with students, parents, and institutional partners in both languages.

You're a Hunter: You're comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a college, or reaching out to a school principal. You don't wait for leadsyou create them.

You Understand Education: You can learn our programs inside and out in a day. You can explain the MAP model, answer questions about university partnerships, and address concerns about accreditation and post-study work visas.

You Care About Impact: This isn't just a job. You believe in democratizing global education. You want to help students from tier-2 and tier-3 cities access world-class opportunities.
