We are looking for a Student Counsellor who enjoys engaging with parents, guiding students, and driving enrollments in a performance-driven environment. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our programs, maintaining CRM data, collaborating with internal teams, and consistently achieving sales targets through multiple outreach channels.

As an Student Counsellor, you'll :

• Engage with prospective parents and students to drive enrollments
• Clearly articulate the value of our curriculum, programs, and teachers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents
• Manage leads and update client information accurately in CRM
• Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, emails, and video calls
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment

To WIN , you'll need:

• Any degree. Undergraduates may also be considered
• Prior experience in Edtech sales or any other sales will be preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
