Job Overview
We are looking for a Student Counselor to guide and support students in pursuing overseas education opportunities. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them throughout the admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad options (courses, universities, countries)
- Understand student profiles and suggest suitable programs
- Assist in application processing, documentation, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, visa procedures, and timelines
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams
- Maintain student records in CRM and ensure regular updates
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred)
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in English (Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree
