Role Description

Ed-Hoc International is seeking a full-time Student Counselor for an on-site position at our Mumbai office. The Student Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses, countries, colleges, and universities based on their academic and career aspirations. Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, providing detailed information about international education opportunities, assisting with application processes, and offering support for visa, accommodation, and scholarship applications. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with students and their families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling with a proven ability to guide students toward their academic and career goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide support and build positive relationships with students and their families
• Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prior experience in the education or consultancy industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
