Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor (Domestic Admissions) at our Kochi office. The Student Counselor will guide and support prospective students through the admissions process for higher education opportunities in various countries. Responsibilities include providing career counseling, addressing student queries, coordinating with educational institutions, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for students seeking higher education in India.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively on educational and career paths
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and their families
• Understanding of education systems and processes related to studying abroad
• Ability to empathize with students aspirations and challenges
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Prior experience in counseling or educational consultancy is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
