This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include guiding students on academic and career choices, providing personalized counseling sessions, and assisting students in defining their career goals. The Student Counselor will also provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns from students or parents, and collaborate with the education team to provide relevant information and resources to support students professional development.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively and support their educational and career planning.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and educators and resolve queries.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of Education to understand academic requirements and suggest suitable opportunities.
• Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to work well with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple student cases.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in academic or career counseling is considered an advantage.
