Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in our Calicut office for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in selecting suitable academic programs and institutions abroad. Daily tasks include providing career counseling, clarifying doubts, managing communications with prospective students, and maintaining relationships with students and parents. This role involves coordinating with educational institutions and ensuring smooth application processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored guidance for educational and career decisions.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address inquiries and foster positive interactions.
• Understanding of Education-related processes, including application requirements and academic program selection.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in the education consultancy field is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any related discipline is preferred.
