Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will guide prospective students through the application process for Dutch universities, provide personalized academic and career counseling, and support clients in making decisions aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include effectively communicating with students, addressing inquiries, coordinating with educational institutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and staying updated on educational opportunities in the Netherlands.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in making informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with students and addressing their queries professionally.
- Experience or knowledge in the Education sector is preferred, such as familiarity with university application processes.
- Proficiency in maintaining and organizing records efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
