Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Student Counsellor. Good communication skills and should have knowledge of Euro countries The individual will provide personalized guidance to students on education and career pathways, including assisting with study abroad options, application processes, and visa requirements. The role involves active communication with students and their families, addressing inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring student satisfaction throughout their journey. Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination with universities, institutions, and other stakeholders is also key.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assist students in selecting appropriate education and career paths.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students, families, and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the Education sector and familiarity with international education systems and visa processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or any relevant field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and empathy in dealing with clients.
  • Experience in a similar role or within the education and migration sector is a plus.
