Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and confident Student Counselor to join our academy. The counselor will be responsible for handling inquiries, explaining courses to students/parents, and assisting them in choosing the right program.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inquiries via phone, walk-ins, WhatsApp & social media.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain student records and update daily follow-up sheets.
• Assist students during enrollment and provide guidance when needed.
• Build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Skills Required

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in talking to students & parents.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp/Calling).
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Student Counseling experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Education

Any degree or diploma is acceptable.

Freshers with good communication are welcome.

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Sunday Off
