About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and student-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive who understands the UPSC ecosystem and can effectively guide aspirants regarding our courses, mentorship programs, and services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the UPSC coaching industry and possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions- Counsel UPSC aspirants and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in Sheet (Google/excel).
Customer Support- Resolve student queries regarding courses, schedules, payments, app access, and mentorship programs.
- Provide timely support through calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
- Coordinate with academic and technical teams to address student concerns.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Collect feedback and escalate recurring issues to management.
- Support onboarding of newly enrolled students.
Requirements- 1 - 2 years of Sales experience, Preferable in UPSC coaching, IAS coaching, or UPSC-focused EdTech companies.
- Strong understanding of the UPSC examination process and preparation ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable handling calls, counseling students, and resolving concerns.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Eager to learn and volunteer in assigned tasks
Compensation- Fixed - 3 - 5 LPA
