Student Counsellor Study Abroad

We are seeking passionate and student-focused professionals to join our Study Abroad Counselling team. The role involves guiding students in achieving their global education goals through personalized counselling and end-to-end support.

CTC: 7.5 LPA + 3-4 L incentives.

Locations:- Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background and career aspiration.

Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.

Assist students in preparing academic documents including SOPs, LORs, andresumes.

Provide financial guidance on tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, and visa-related

expenses.

Maintain accurate student records and manage leads effectively through CRM tools.

Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring a high conversion ratio.

Stay updated with global education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures

Requirements:

Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry (mandatory).

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada,

Australia, and Europe.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office ad CRM tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).

Mindset: Target-driven, analytical, and proactive with problem-solving capabilities.
