Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counsellor (Study Abroad) based in our Kottayam office. The Student Counsellor will assist prospective students in choosing the right courses, universities, and countries for their higher education abroad. Daily responsibilities include providing career guidance, addressing student inquiries, offering support with the application and visa process, and ensuring a smooth transition into overseas education. The role involves excellent customer interaction, tailored counseling sessions, and effective coordination with educational institutions and service teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to help students make informed educational decisions.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students, families, and partner institutions.
• Knowledge of Education trends and admission processes for universities across various countries.
• Ability to work methodically and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a seamless application process.
• Relevant experience in education consultancy or a related field is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in additional languages and familiarity with visa regulations are considered a plus.
